Amma Health was built for hospital groups with several locations. Staff are assigned to the branches they work in, each branch has its own hours, its own billing details and its own queue, and owners see one branch or all of them together.

One login, the right branch on screen
Switch branch from the top bar. Reception at one branch sees that branch’s queue and patients; an owner or manager sees every branch they are assigned to. Each person only ever reaches the screens their role is meant to use.

Every branch has its own OPD hours, and each doctor can have their own hours and time off at each branch they visit. Billing details, including the GST number, can be set per branch, because GST registration is per state.

Questions people ask
- Is one branch’s data visible to another?
- Only to people you have assigned to both. Each branch’s data is kept separate, and staff only see the branches they are assigned to.
- Do different branches use different GST numbers?
- They can. A GSTIN can be set for the hospital and, separately, for each branch.
- Can we add a branch later?
- Yes. Branches are added from Settings. Your plan sets how many are included; call us for what fits.
