Why free
Why we are doing this
Amma Health is young. We built it inside Amma Hospitals, a hospital group in Vapi and Daman, and it is in use there.
We want more real hospitals using it, because that is how it gets better: real people at real front desks telling us what is slow, what is missing and what is wrong. We would rather earn your trust first and ask for money later, once the software has proved itself in your hospital.
That is also how we pay for the work, and we would rather say so plainly: after the free period you move to a plan priced by the size of your hospital. Nothing is hidden in the meantime, and you will know the price well before you are ever asked to pay it.

How it works
From first call to Day 1
Five steps, in this order. Nothing is charged at any of them.

Tell us about your hospital
Fill in the short online form (about five minutes), or call, WhatsApp or email us. It helps to have the hospital’s name and address, its Google Maps link, the person who will speak for the hospital, and a phone number that rings at the hospital. Anything to do with registration is asked later, on the call, where the law in your state requires one.

We talk, and we check
We call you, answer your questions, and confirm the hospital is real: where it is, that it is operating, and who you are. This keeps the programme fair for the hospitals that are real.

Set-up and staff training
We set the software up with you and train your staff, often on a weekend so the hospital’s day is not disturbed. There is no charge for this.

Day 1
When your team is ready, we confirm in writing the date your free period begins. Your three years count from that date, not from the day you first called.

AI features. The software has none today. If we ever add any, they will be a separate, optional, paid extra, switched on only if you choose them.

Three things. They are what let us offer this to everyone, and they are written in the programme terms.
- Condition 01
Be a real hospital
We confirm where you are, your registration where the law requires one, and we speak to you by phone. Fake or test hospitals are not admitted. This is a check that the hospital exists and is who it says it is. It is not an inspection of your care.
- Condition 02
Keep patient documents in your own storage
You connect a storage bucket in your own name, on Amazon S3 or any S3-compatible service. Documents live there, we keep no standing copy of them, and you pay the storage provider directly.
- Condition 03
Use it fairly
Use it for your own hospital. Do not resell it or share it with other hospitals, open duplicate accounts, attack or overload it, or share logins outside your staff. Growing is never a problem: more branches, more staff and more patients are welcome.
Your data
What we will not do
The honest worry about anything free is what it costs you in the end. These are our answers.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your hospital’s information. We run no advertising and no tracking.
Your documents are not with us
Patient documents stay in your own storage, in your name. We keep no copy, not even in our backups. The one exception is a temporary file, deleted within 24 hours, that is made only if your administrator exports your data.
No AI on your data
Nothing your hospital enters is sent to an AI system, and none of it is used to train one.
You can leave, and take your data
Ask, and we give you a full export of your records. Leaving costs nothing.
No charge by surprise
At least three months’ written notice before any charge. Nothing is taken from you unless you set it up.
After the free period
What happens after three years
We write to you at least three months before the free period ends. The letter says which plan fits your hospital, what it costs, and the date it would start. Nothing is charged for any period before that date.
The plan depends on the size and use of your hospital, for example how many branches and active staff you have and how many appointments and bills you handle. We work this out from counts, not by reading your patient records.
If you decide not to continue, ask for your export and leave, with no penalty. Today’s list prices are on the pricing page, so you can plan ahead; the price list in force when we write to you is the one that applies.
